Terms of service

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Iron Veins: the user of these Terms and Conditions, located at Nonnenveld 156, 4811DV Breda (Netherlands), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 83480021.
  • Consumer: any natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into, or intends to enter into, an Agreement with Iron Veins.
  • Parties: Iron Veins and the Consumer collectively.
  • Agreement: any purchase agreement concluded or intended to be concluded between the Parties via the ordering process on the Website.
  • Website: https://www.ironveins.com.
  • Products: goods offered and delivered by Iron Veins under the Agreement, including sports and dietary supplements.
  • Written: communication via letter, email, or any other medium that, given current technology and social norms, can reasonably be considered equivalent.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Iron Veins and to all Agreements concluded via the Website.

If any provision of these Terms is declared null or invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. In such cases, the Parties shall negotiate a replacement provision that aligns as closely as possible with the purpose and intent of the original clause.

Article 3 – Offers & Agreement Formation

  1. All offers from Iron Veins are non-binding and subject to product availability.
  2. The Consumer may not derive any rights from offers that contain obvious errors or inaccuracies.
  3. The Agreement is concluded when Iron Veins confirms the order by email to the Consumer.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. The Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement, wholly or partially, within 14 days of receiving the Products, without stating a reason.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) Products that are unfit for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal or packaging has been broken, including supplements whose direct packaging has been opened. (b) Products excluded from the right of withdrawal under Section 6.5.2B of the Dutch Civil Code.
  3. The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal by emailing support@ironveins.com or by submitting the model withdrawal form provided by Iron Veins.
  4. During the withdrawal period, the Consumer must handle the Products and packaging with care—only inspecting them as one might in a physical store.
  5. Products must be returned undamaged, unused, and in original packaging, including all accessories.
  6. The Consumer is liable for any depreciation due to handling beyond what is necessary. Iron Veins may deduct this from the refund or invoice the Consumer separately.
  7. The return must be completed within 14 days of withdrawal notice.
  8. Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.
  9. Iron Veins will issue a refund within 14 days, minus any depreciation, once the returned Products are received or proof of return is provided.
  10. If only part of an order is returned, initial delivery fees are not refunded, and no refund is given for premium shipping methods selected by the Consumer.

Article 5 – Delivery

  1. Products are delivered to the address provided by the Consumer.
  2. Iron Veins may deliver in multiple shipments. The withdrawal period starts only after the final shipment is received.
  3. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Consumer upon receipt.
  4. Stated delivery times are indicative, not binding. Iron Veins will notify the Consumer of any delays.
  5. Iron Veins is not in default until after the Consumer has issued a written notice of default, allowing a reasonable period for fulfillment.
  6. Delays do not entitle the Consumer to cancel the order or withhold obligations.
  7. Any extra delivery costs caused by the Consumer (e.g. incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts) are at the Consumer’s expense.

Article 6 – Conformity & Warranty

  1. Iron Veins guarantees that Products conform to the Agreement and are suitable for their normal intended use.
  2. Consumers must report non-conformities within two months of discovery.
  3. Iron Veins is not liable for defects caused by external factors after delivery, such as improper storage, handling, or use.
  4. Returns outside the withdrawal period require prior written consent, unless otherwise stated in Article 4.

Article 7 – Force Majeure

  1. Iron Veins is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to: supplier issues, transport disruptions, pandemics, governmental measures, power outages, cyberattacks, or technical failures.
  2. In cases of permanent force majeure, either Party may terminate the Agreement immediately.
  3. Iron Veins may invoice any partial fulfillment separately.
  4. No compensation is owed for damages resulting from force majeure.

Article 8 – Prices & Payment

  1. The total price, including VAT and shipping costs, is stated before the Agreement is concluded.
  2. Payment must be made using the methods provided by Iron Veins and within the stated period.
  3. Invoices may be sent electronically.
  4. Iron Veins may suspend performance until payment is received in full.
  5. If payment is late, the Consumer is in default automatically and statutory interest applies.
  6. All reasonable collection costs shall be borne by the Consumer, in accordance with the Dutch Collection Costs Act(Wet Incassokosten).

Article 9 – Liability & Indemnity

  1. The Consumer is responsible for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information or failure to fulfill their obligations.
  2. Iron Veins’ liability is limited to the invoice value of the Agreement or the relevant part thereof, subject to Article 7:24(2) of the Dutch Civil Code.
  3. The Consumer indemnifies Iron Veins from third-party claims arising from causes not attributable to Iron Veins.

Article 10 – Complaints

  1. Complaints must be submitted in writing to support@ironveins.com within a reasonable time and described clearly.
  2. Complaints will be answered within 14 days. If more time is needed, the Consumer will receive an interim response with a timeline.
  3. If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the Consumer may submit it to the ODR platform: europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 11 – Final Provisions

  1. Products remain the property of Iron Veins until full payment is received.
  2. Dutch law exclusively governs the Agreement and related legal relationships.
  3. Parties will first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before resorting to legal action.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including texts, images, product descriptions, logos, and brand names, is the intellectual property of Iron Veins or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Article 13 – Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Iron Veins reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended Terms shall apply from the date of publication on the Website. Consumers are advised to consult the Terms regularly.
