- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day;
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We use a reliable premium shipping method for all orders. We partner with DHL Express for domestic (and international) shipments, ensuring safe and timely arrival of your orders. Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and may vary based on your location.
- Netherlands and Belgium – Delivery in 1–2 business days
- EU Zone 1 (Germany, France, Luxembourg, United Kingdom) – Delivery in 2–3 business days
- Rest of Europe – Delivery in 3–5 business days
- International – Delivery in 5–10 business days
3. Shipping Rates
- Orders over €60 qualify for free standard shipping within the Netherlands;
- Shipping fees, based on destination and order value, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process;
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected servicen for all other orders;
- Subscribe to our newsletter for special shipping promotions.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
