At Iron Veins, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Product Quality Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our items. If you receive an item that is defective or does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately at support@ironveins.com, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following circumstances:
- If you were sent the wrong size than what you ordered;
- If the color of the received t-shirt does not match your order;
- If the product arrives damaged due to transit;
- If the size you selected does not fit as expected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Worn, washed, or used products
- Items returned without original tags and packaging
These exclusions are necessary for hygiene and quality control purposes.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email support@ironveins.com with your order number and reason for return. Our dedicated customer support team will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Iron Veins cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or delayed in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to be processed.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please include this request when contacting customer support. Exchanges are subject to availability and follow the same return conditions.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. a damaged or incorrect item). Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. International Returns
For customers outside the EU, please clearly mark the return parcel as "Returned Goods" on any customs documentation to avoid unnecessary import duties. Iron Veins is not responsible for customs charges incurred due to incorrect labeling.
10. Exceptions
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be refused. We reserve the right to reject returns that are outside the stated policy or show signs of use.
