How does Iron Veins clothing fit?

Each Iron Veins item has a slightly oversized fit, with a boxy and loose silhouette. This applies to all collections unless otherwise stated. We recommend sticking to your normal size for our signature Iron Veins look in the gym.

If the item you want is out of stock, will it be restocked?

In many cases, yes, unless otherwise stated. To be the first to know about the restock, we recommend signing up for our weekly newsletter, which is available at the bottom of our online shop.

What size should I order?

We recommend sticking to your normal size for our signature Iron Veins look in the gym.

Also, be sure to consult the available size charts when selecting your size, as they are always accurate. Additionally, you can refer to the models visible in the product photos. The exact lengths are listed in the product description.

I haven't received my order, where is it?

Make sure you've checked the following before contacting our customer support:

  • Check the tracking information via the link in your email;
  • Check for emails (including spam), and attempted calls from the carrier(s) regarding the delivery of your order;
  • Ensure that no one at your address has accepted the delivery on your behalf (e.g., neighbors).

If you continue to experience issues, please contact DHL and our customer support (support@ironveins.com). We will provide you with an appropriate solution!

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change details or addresses in orders once they have been processed in our fulfillment center.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

First things first: we always strive to ensure the highest quality of our service and support, but human errors are still possible. We're very sorry if this mistake has occurred.

If you reach out to our customer support (support@ironveins.com), we will certainly resolve the issue at hand. Please include your order number and a photo of the item you received.

Is it possible to pay afterwards?

Yes, we offer the option to pay for your order (afterwards) with Klarna.

Where do you ship from?

We ship both domestically and internationally from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

✓ Europe: 3-5 business days

✓ International: 5 to 10 business days

Which carriers do you use?

We currently exclusively ship worldwide with DHL (Express).

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has left our fulfillment center. Through this email (link), you can track your order every step of the way, with all the relevant tracking information.

RETURN & REFUND

How do I return my item(s)?

If you wish to return your item(s) for any reason, you can contact our customer support (support@ironveins.com). They will provide you with further instructions on the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once you have returned your item(s) to us, you will receive your refund within 5 business days after they are received at the fulfillment center.

If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, please contact our customer support (support@ironveins.com) so we can investigate this for you.

How many days after receipt do I have to return my package?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
